bd20 Terms and Conditions

bd20 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "us") provides an online betting and gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd20 website and related services.

bd20 supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Typical withdrawal time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used to deposit into the account. Deposits or withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. bd20 will never ask for your payment PIN or password.

bd20 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus, with a maximum bonus of up to ৳15,000. The key conditions for bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: Only 10 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus only, not deposit + bonus)
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing bonus winnings, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
• Another example: Depositing ৳16,000 gives a maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳31,000.
• The bonus applies only once — on the first deposit for each account.
• A time limit may apply for using the bonus, which will be communicated when the bonus is activated.

bd20 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time. If evidence of bonus abuse is found (such as bonus arbitrage or multiple accounts), the bonus will be forfeited.

bd20's VIP program has three tiers, determined based on player participation and activity:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback — for regular players
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% weekly cashback — for the most active members

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular participation on the platform. Cashback terms and conditions are detailed in the separate VIP program description.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bd20:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus arbitrage or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Collusion or collusive betting with other players
• Logging in or transacting using another user's personal information

In the event of any of the above violations, bd20 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

bd20 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Suspicious financial activity
• Attempts to interfere with the platform's technical systems

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. In that case, please contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

Certain basic rules must be followed when placing bets on bd20:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled (unless stated in the applicable rules).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd20 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Official or authorised body data is used to determine results.
• In the case of disputed results, bd20's decision will be considered final.
